All Adelaide markets are held indoors at the Woodville Town Hall, 74 Woodville Road, Woodville SA 5011.
The cost of a stall is $77. The price includes gst, one table, two chairs and public liability insurance.
Round She Goes Market is only for women’s fashion items (second hand or made by you). Handmade jewellery and accessories are welcome. Stallholders are not permitted to sell mens or childrenswear, homewares, food/drinks, candles or bric-a-brac.
What can you sell?
Round She Goes Market is dedicated to women’s vintage and preloved fashion, handmade jewellery and accessories. The goods for sale must be strictly good quality preloved womenswear – basically garments and accessories you would wear yourself but no longer do due to sizing, etc. Your items don’t have to be strictly designer, but they must be great quality or unique (not discount department store fashion as it won’t sell) and in good condition.
Fashion designers selling their own creations that they have made themselves in Australia are also welcome to apply.
Please understand that cheaply manufactured clothes generally have no resale value so please carefully consider what you plan to sell before you apply for a stall.
We do not accept applications from retail stores selling new/remained stock, seconds or new clearance items. The items sold at Round She Goes must be secondhand: vintage, retro or preloved designer. New with tags is okay for a few items as long as the majority of your stock is not like this. The only new items that can be sold are handmade jewellery, accessories, your own label/creations. Stallholders are not permitted to book a stall in order to promote their own events.
Step 1. How do you apply for a stall?
Fill out the application form below after reading all of the information. Even if you’ve been a Round She Goes stallholder before, you still need to apply again with a detailed application. We judge each application on its merit, so it’s worth making an effort! Applications lacking in detail won’t be accepted. We receive lots of terrific applications and have to judge on the detail you spply, so it’s worth making the effort on your form to stand out.
One stall has space for 2 racks and 1 table. If you have a lot of stuff you should book 2 stalls. You can not bring your own extra tables.
Also, please read the further terms and conditions in full before you book a stall. By booking a stall, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Step 2 – What happens after you submit the application form?
Once you click ‘Submit Application’ we will read your application and you will then receive an email (we will try and reply with 5-7 days but sometimes we receive hundreds of applications and they take time to process) letting you know whether your application is successful or not.
If your application is successful, you will then be asked to confirm your booking by paying via PayPal or bank deposit. Paypal is the same as paying by credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
If you don’t hear from us right away please don’t apply again – to us this looks like you want two stalls.
There is huge demand for stalls at Round She Goes, so payment must be made within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email from us. IMPORTANT: If the payment is not received in this time, the stall will be reallocated to someone else without you being notified and you will need to apply again (and you run the risk of the market selling out). Sorry, we just don’t have time to chase up payments.
Refunds and cancellations
A 50% cancellation fee applies but please note there are no refunds for cancellations up to 2 months prior to the market. Stalls are non-transferable, so if you can’t make it, then you cannot give you stall to another person without prior approval from Round She Goes organisers. Stalls can not be on sold or sublet.
Round She Goes stallholders are covered for public liability insurance. However, cover is excluded for stallholders where the individual stallholder has cover provided by an existing Public & Products Liability insurance policy covering their activities as a stallholder.
Setting up and access on the day
One stall includes a trestle table and 2 chairs (that we supply) and enough room for 2 standard-sized clothing racks maximum (you can opt to not to use a table if you wish). A standard rack has one rail on it. The racks go on each side of your table. You must supply your own racks, we do not have racks available for hire.
A detailed information guide is emailed to our stallholders two weeks before the market. Stallholders set up from 8.30am with doors opening to the public at 10:00am. Stallholders can NOT pack up your stall any earlier than 3:00pm. Any one who ignores this important requirement, will not be permitted to have a stall at Round She Goes again.
The Woodville Town Hall is on the ground floor and the loading area is to the side of the venue/rear. Entry is on Kemp St.
You need to bring your own clothes racks (limit of 2 if you having a table as well), coat hangers, table cloth, mannequins and a float of change for the day. If you need more space than that, then you should book 2 stalls.
Round She Goes is not responsible for any loss or damage to your stuff. It is a good idea to have a mate with you on the day.
Change rooms are provided for shoppers – stallholders must take a deposit or full payment for the garment that is being tried on. This is then refunded if the customer doesn’t buy the item.
Because the Woodville Town Hall is right across from the Woodville Railway station, there is STACKS of free parking on weekends opposite the hall. There is also a large car park behind the hall. Round She Goes are not responsible for your fines if you are unlucky enough to get one!
